Thank you for listening, sharing and trusting us at HR Industry event
Posted on February 6, 2026 • 3 min read • 615 wordsReflections from HR Industry in Sofia and why creating a safe space to listen isn’t a marketing tactic for us, but a reflection of how we think and how we build.

At most HR industry events, there’s an unspoken expectation about how conversations will go.
Vendors present. Attendees listen — or politely look for an exit. The exchanges are friendly, but often guarded. Everyone knows their role and everyone knows the limits of the interaction.
At HR Industry in Sofia on 5th February 2026, we made a conscious decision not to follow that pattern.
Before anything else, we want to say this clearly:
Thank you to everyone who stopped, spoke with us and shared their experience.
We’re genuinely grateful for every conversation, every written response and every honest moment you chose to share with us.
The idea of creating a “safe space” at the event wasn’t a campaign, a gimmick or a clever way to stand out.
It reflects what we believe.
We believe that good HR systems start with understanding how work actually happens — not how it’s described in sales decks or process diagrams. That belief shapes how we think, how we listen and how we build our product.
That’s why we were explicit from the start: we weren’t there to sell.
No default demos. No prepared pitches. No steering conversations towards solutions. Just questions, time and space to talk — or not talk, if that felt more comfortable.
Some people chose to speak with us directly. Others preferred to write — using the safe space box or the online form. Both mattered equally.
What connected all of those interactions was the absence of pressure. No one was expected to reach a conclusion. No one was nudged towards a next step. When curiosity came up, it came naturally.
Several people commented that they appreciated this approach — that it felt different and that it stepped outside the usual format of HR events. We don’t mention this to frame it as a success, but because it reassured us that slowing down and listening still has value in an environment that often rewards speed and persuasion.
For us, the most meaningful outcome of the event was learning.
We heard about:
These weren’t abstract challenges. They were grounded, practical realities from people doing HR work day in and day out.
Being trusted with that context helped us understand the problem space more clearly — not in theory, but in practice. And that understanding is something we value deeply.
The way we showed up at HR Industry mirrors the way we approach product building.
For us, the event was successful in this sense: it gave us the opportunity to learn, to challenge our assumptions and to better understand the realities HR teams are navigating today.
That learning stays with us.
To everyone who took the time to talk, write or simply pause and reflect with us: thank you.
Your honesty, insights and openness helped us see more clearly and think more carefully about the work ahead. If you didn’t get the chance to share at the event — or if something surfaced afterwards — we’re still listening.
