Company Billing
Posted on September 1, 2023 • 2 min read • 375 wordsLearn how to access and review your current billing statement, view detailed invoices, and manage your preferred payment methods within the Billing section of our platform.
In “Billing” submenu is an important section for managing your monthly invoices, payment methods, and module information. Log in as an administrator for your company in the platform and navigate to “Company”, there you will find the “Billing” submenu.
When you expand this section, you will find real-time information regarding your current bill.
Up-to-Date Module Usage: This section displays the modules currently in use by your company, along with the price per module.
Calculation of Licences: The billing system calculates licences based on user activity. A full licence fee is incurred when a user is active throughout the entire billing cycle. If a user is added in the middle of the billing cycle, you will only be charged for the portion of the cycle they are active. For instance, if you add a user on the 15th day of a 30-day billing cycle, you will only pay 0.5 licence fee for that user.
In the Invoice section, you can conveniently preview and download invoices from previous months. This feature helps you keep a record of your financial transactions and monitor your billing history.
Managing your payment methods is smooth within this section. Here’s how to do it:
Add Card: To add a credit card for payment, click on the “Add Card” option. This will open a new window with instructions from Stripe, our secure payment partner. Follow the steps provided by Stripe to add your credit card securely.
Update Card: If you need to update your credit card information, select the “Update Card” option. This process also follows Stripe’s instructions to ensure the security of your payment information.
This section provides valuable insights into the modules available in the system and their pricing. Here’s what you can do:
View Module Information: You can access brief information about each module in the system. This helps you understand the functionality and benefits of each module.
Enable Paid Modules: If there are paid modules in the system that you haven’t enabled yet, you can do so from this section. Simply select the modules you wish to enable, and if applicable, you will see the associated pricing information.
