How to update your company information

In the context of our platform, your company details play an important role. Those are the details that would be used on your upcoming billing invoices especially when you are using paid modules, all of which can be conveniently accessed in the Billing section.

 
Remember, every user in your organisation can see your company details.

Edit  

To find your company details, begin by logging into your account, open “Company” module in main menu. Once you are in there, locate the “Company Details” submenu and click on it. This will direct you to a page where you will find all your company’s information displayed. Look for the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the page and click on it. This action will enable you to make changes to the following fields:

 
Only your Administrators and Company Admins can change this information.

Company Name: Please note that the company name, once entered, cannot be changed through this interface. If you need to make changes, please contact us for assistance.

Email: This email address is used for internal communication within your company. Keep in mind that all users within your organisation can see this email.

Telephone: Make sure your contact number is accurate for any inquiries or support.

Website: If your company’s website has changed, update it here.

Tax Identification Number: Keep your tax information current for legal and financial purposes.

VAT: If applicable, ensure your VAT ID is valid and up to date.

Address: Keep your company physical address up to date for billing purposes.

After making the necessary updates, click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
