Learn how to easily invite users to your system using two different methods. Whether you prefer adding them manually or inviting multiple users at once, this guide will walk you through the process step by step.
Once you have created the user through Add User, you have the option to invite them by clicking the “Invite as User” button. This will open a modal to review the email address of the user, and you have to confirm the email invitation by clicking on the “Invite” button.
Instead of creating a user and then inviting them to the system, you can send bulk email invitations to a list of emails. If the invitation is sent to an email that is not registered in our system, then the user will be guided through creating an account first before they can accept or reject their invitation. This is an easy way to send invitations in bulk and let the user create their account, and then enter their own personal and emergency contact details. This can save time and avoid entering incorrect or unknown personal details.
To send an email invitation, simply navigate to the Users section in the main menu on the left side, and then select the “Invite Users” submenu.
Enter up to 5 email addresses of the users you want to invite and click on the Invite button.
A modal will open, allowing you to review the entered email addresses.
Review the list of emails and ensure they are correct. If everything looks correct, you can proceed to send invitations to all entered emails.
If there are any emails you wish to exclude from the invitation, you can use the “x” button that will appear next to each listed email.
If you need to invite more users, repeat the process as many times as necessary.
